文本研究了KSZ—Ⅱ溃散剂对CO2水玻璃砂性能的影响,试验证明KSZ-Ⅱ溃散剂在水玻璃加入量相对减少的情况下,仍具有较好的初始强度(抗压7kg/cm2左右)与存放强度(24小时后抗压222g/cm2左右),而型砂残留强度却大大降低,从而改善了存放性和溃散性。本文还详述了KSZ—Ⅱ溃散剂的使用方法及用于生产铸钢件、铸铁件、铸铝件的效果。通过试验和应用得出:1.要改善CO2水玻璃砂的性能,序;除加入有效的溃散剂外,还需要选用合适的原砂;2.应采用先硬化后起模的操作程3.制定正确的吹气工艺防止铸型或芯子硬化不均匀和过吹。
The effect of KSZ-Ⅱdispersant on the performance of CO 2 glashable silica sand was studied in this paper. The results show that the KSZ-Ⅱdispersant still has a good initial strength (compressive strength about 7 kg / cm 2) when the amount of water glass is relatively reduced. And storage strength (after 24 hours compressive strength of about 222g / cm2), while the sand residue intensity is greatly reduced, thereby improving the storage and collapsibility. This article also details the use of KSZ-Ⅱ ulcer agents and the production of cast steel, cast iron parts, cast aluminum pieces. Through experiments and applications: 1.
