采用放电等离子烧结技术(SPS)制备Si C短纤维(Si Cf)和Ti3Si C2双相强化Al基复合材料,研究了增强相Si Cf含量和烧结温度对复合材料的光滑面和非光滑面摩擦性能的影响。研究表明:烧结温度为400~550℃,复合材料的非光滑表面摩擦因数明显低于光滑表面,耐磨性能显著优于光滑表面;当摩擦载荷为49 N,含1%Si Cf、5%Ti3Si C2的双相强化Al基复合材料,其非光滑表面比光滑表面的摩擦因数低15%,磨损量降低60%;含5%Si Cf、5%Ti3Si C2的复合材料,其非光滑表面的磨损量比光滑表面降低75%。
The Si Cf and Ti3Si C2 Al-phase composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS). The effects of Si content and sintering temperature on the smooth and non-smooth surface properties of the composites were investigated. Impact. The results show that the sintering temperature is 400-550 ℃, the friction coefficient of the non-smooth surface of the composite is obviously lower than that of the smooth surface and the wear resistance is better than the smooth surface. When the friction load is 49 N, the friction coefficient is 1% Si Cf, 5% Ti3Si C2, the non-smooth surface has a 15% lower friction coefficient and a 60% lower wear coefficient than the smooth surface. The wear of the non-smooth surface of the composites with 5% Si Cf and 5% Ti3Si C2 The amount is 75% lower than the smooth surface.
