黄瓜白粉病菌对烯肟菌胺敏感基线的建立

采用盆栽植株法测定了不同地区59个黄瓜白粉病菌菌株对烯肟菌胺的敏感性。结果表明:各菌株敏感性存在较大差异,EC50值最大为5.30mg/L,最小仅为0.19mg/L,平均值为2.59mg/L,由于菌株均采自未使用过烯肟菌胺杀菌剂的田间,敏感性频率分布呈近似正态分布,可作为黄瓜白粉病菌对烯肟菌胺的相对敏感基线。
