2009年3月24日～28日,由中国酿酒工业协会白酒分会和江南大学生物工程学院组织的中国“白酒169计划”专家阈值测定会议在江南大学生物工程学院正式召开,会议为期5天。会议由白酒分会副秘书长宋书玉主持,江南大学校长助理徐岩到会指导工作,江南大学生物工程学院副研究员范文来讲解白酒阈值测定方法及注意事项。来自全国各地的34名国家评委参加了此次测定会。
March 24 ~ 28, 2009, China “Liquor 169 Plan ” expert threshold measurement meeting organized by China Brewing Industry Association White Wine Branch and Jiangnan University Bioengineering Institute was formally held in Bioengineering College of Jiangnan University for 5 days . The meeting was chaired by Song Shuyu, deputy secretary general of the Liquor Branch, Xu Yan, assistant to the president of Jiangnan University, who will guide the work. Fan Wenlai, an associate researcher at the Institute of Bioengineering, Jiangnan University, explained the determination methods and precautions of liquor threshold. 34 national judges from all over the country attended the test.
