目的:研究头穴透刺加康复训练对急性脑梗死大鼠脑功能的影响,探讨脑梗死后大鼠神经可塑性影响的机制。方法:将健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组(A组)、对照组(B组)、康复组(C组)。通过建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型(MCAO),并进行神经功能评分,电子显微镜观察各组大鼠脑梗死区域突触数目和结构的变化。结果:加康复组对神经功能的影响明显优于模型组和对照组;加康复组的突触结构清晰,结构相对完整,突触数目与其他两组比较显著增加。结论:头穴透刺加康复训练能够减少脑缺血性损伤所造成的细胞死亡,增加半暗带突触数目、保护突触结构的完整性,增强突触联系,对神经元具有保护作用,发挥对脑组织神经细胞可塑性的调节作用,为该治疗方法在临床应用提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the effects of scalp penetration and acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on brain function in rats with acute cerebral infarction and to explore the mechanism of neuroplasticity in rats after cerebral infarction. Methods: Healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group (A group), control group (B group) and rehabilitation group (C group). The focal cerebral ischemia model (MCAO) was established in rats and the neurological function was evaluated. The number and structure of synapse in cerebral infarction area were observed by electron microscope. Results: The effect of Jiakang complex on neurological function was significantly better than that of model group and control group. The synaptic structure of Jiakang complex group was clear and the structure was relatively intact. The number of synapses was significantly increased compared with the other two groups. CONCLUSION: Scalp penetration and rehabilitation training can reduce the cell death caused by cerebral ischemic injury, increase the number of synapses in penumbra, protect the integrity of synapse structure, enhance the synaptic connection, and have protective effects on neurons. Play a regulatory role on the plasticity of nerve cells in the brain tissue, providing a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the treatment method.
