选取某水泥有限公司106名和砒霜厂39名符合入选条件的作业人员为研究对象,进行问卷调查,采集班后尿,采用湿法硝化-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法进行尿砷含量的检测并进行相关影响因素的分析。水泥有限公司和砒霜厂作业人员尿砷中位数分别为55.72μg/L、282.62μg/L,尿砷水平与性别、民族、年龄、工龄、BMI均无相关关系。砒霜厂砷毒性的临床表现以尿砷超标者为多,最常见的是类神经症,其次是消化系统症状和皮肤损害。建议蒙自地区成年人尿砷的正常参考值上限为124.03μg/L。
A total of 106 workers in a cement company and 39 workers in arsenolite factory were enrolled in this study. It is suggested that the upper limit of normal reference value of urine arsenic in adults in Mengzi area is 124.03μg / L.
