(一)柴油机过热的检测及其危害1.检测柴油箱内的柴油温度:根据试验,正常工作1小时后的柴油温度高于环境温度14~16℃。如果高于20℃时,可视为柴油机温度过高。2.检测水箱里冷却水的耗水量:正常情况下,冷却水每小时耗量为1.5千克,如果每小时耗水量超过2.5千克,可视为柴油机温度过高。3.检测水箱里冷却水沸腾时间:一般情况下,空负荷额定转速运转,在室温情况下, 20分钟左右沸腾。如果在15分钟以内沸腾,即可视为柴油机温度过高。4.检测机油温度:机油正常温度为70~90℃,如果经常在95℃以上,可视为柴油机温度过高。5.检测排气管排出的废气温度:一般柴油机排出的废气温度为400~500℃。如果废气温度高
