1992~1994年天津市地矿局与英国地调局开展技术合作,研究层状含水层系统超量开采的社会经济影响,以便为改善水资源管理提供一个框架。为达到这一目的,要对超采产生的影响及替代开采方案进行社会经济分析,并建立了一个水文地质-数学模型来模拟含水层超采所导致的地面沉降。
From 1992 to 1994, the Tianjin Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources conducted technical cooperation with the Bureau of Earthquake Administration of England to study the socio-economic impacts of over-exploitation of layered aquifer systems in order to provide a framework for improving water resources management. To this end, a socio-economic analysis of the effects of over-production and alternative mining programs is to be carried out and a hydrogeological-mathematical model is established to simulate land subsidence caused by over-exploitation of aquifers.
