近年来,随着经济的不断发展,对车辆的需求越来越多,与此同时对轮胎的性能要求也越来越高。传统的充气轮胎,安全系数低,容易爆胎,负载能力有限,使用场合受到了限制。相比而言,橡胶实心轮胎具有一系列优点,如不需充气、不会穿刺漏气、负载下变形小、负荷量大、启动阻力小等,被广泛应用于各种军用车辆、建筑工程车辆、港口的拖挂车辆等。本文主要叙述了实心胎新型生产方法,采用分段式缠绕成型法和AGV小车的胎胚运输系统,并对硫化设备进行了优化。
