以掺Cr的APT为原料制备了WO_3和W粉,对其物化性能进行了研究。结果表明:掺Cr的WO_3和W粉的晶体结构与普通WO_3和W粉一致,Cr在WO_3和W粉中均以Cr_2O_3物相存在;与普通W粉相比,掺Cr的W粉粒度更小,均匀性好,晶体发育完整;Cr可有效抑制W粉在还原过程中的气相沉积和长大,但氧指数稍高;Cr在WO_3和W粉中的分布均具有良好的宏观和微观均匀性。
WO3 and W powders were prepared from CrT-doped APT, and their physicochemical properties were studied. The results show that the crystal structure of WO_3 and W powders doped with Cr is the same as that of common WO_3 and W powders, while Cr is present as a Cr_2O_3 phase in both WO_3 and W powders. Compared with conventional W powders, , With good uniformity and complete crystal growth. Cr can effectively suppress the vapor deposition and growth of W powder during the reduction process, but the oxygen index is slightly higher. The distribution of Cr in WO_3 and W powder has good macroscopic and microscopic uniformity .
