结合福建某电站轴流转桨式水轮发电机组实际运行与检修情况,运用多媒体仿真、图形学及三维交互技术开发了轴流转浆式水轮发电机组三维检修仿真与实训系统,以三维动画、视频及图片等形式展示了轴流转浆式水轮发电机组拆装和检修的整体流程及注意事项,运用三维人机交互技术模拟安装及拆卸机组部件并设置考核环节,可将培训结果量化,提高了水轮发电机组检修质量和效率,为推广标准化检修制度奠定了基础。
Combined with the actual operation and maintenance of Kaplan hydroelectric generating set in a hydropower station in Fujian, this paper develops a three-dimensional maintenance simulation and training system of axial-flow turbogenerator by using multimedia simulation, graphics and three-dimensional interactive technology. The three- Animation, video and pictures show the overall flow and precautions for the disassembly and overhauling of the axial-flow turbine-generator units. Using the three-dimensional human-computer interaction technology to simulate the installation and disassembly of the unit components and the establishment of the assessment components, the training results Quantify and improve the maintenance quality and efficiency of hydro-generator set, laying a foundation for the promotion of standardized maintenance system.
