目的分析北京市朝阳区麻疹疑似病例血清学检测情况,为麻疹的防控提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对北京市朝阳区2011年-2014年麻疹疑似病例血清标本进行麻疹和风疹Ig M抗体检测,对检测结果按照不同人群进行统计分析。结果 843例疑似病例中,麻疹Ig M抗体阳性244例,阳性率为28.94%(244/843);风疹Ig M抗体阳性187例,阳性率为22.18%(187/843)。麻疹、风疹病例性别分布差异无统计学意义。麻疹和风疹发病主要分布在15岁~39岁,且发病时间主要集中在第2季度,同时外地病例为发病主体。结论加强青壮年的免疫规划是今后工作中需要重视的一点,应进一步开展查漏补种和强化免疫工作,提高易感人群的免疫水平,并加强托幼机构、学校和集中办公场所的区域消毒,最终达到控制和消除麻疹流行的目的。
Objective To analyze the serological detection of suspected cases of measles in Chaoyang District of Beijing and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of measles. Methods Serum samples of suspected cases of measles in Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2011 to 2014 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and IgM antibodies were detected according to the results of different groups. Results Among the 843 suspected cases, 244 cases were measles IgM positive, the positive rate was 28.94% (244/843). The positive rate of Rubella Ig M was 187.18% (187/843). Measles, rubella cases of gender differences were not statistically significant. The incidence of measles and rubella mainly in the 15-year-old to 39 years old, and the onset time is mainly concentrated in the second quarter, while the incidence of foreign cases of the main case. Conclusion To strengthen the immunization planning of young adults is the need to pay more attention to in the future work. It is necessary to further carry out leak detection and replanting and intensive immunization to raise the immunization level of susceptible populations and strengthen the regional disinfection of kindergartens, schools and centralized office establishments , Eventually achieving the goal of controlling and eradicating measles.
