利用Carr粉体流动指数法评价高炉喷吹煤粉的流动特性及喷流特性,研究了煤岩显微组分、变质程度等煤质特性对高炉喷吹煤粉流动性的影响.研究发现,流动特性与喷流特性几乎呈负相关.煤变质程度对煤粉流动特性及喷流特性都有显著影响.变质程度低的烟煤,流动特性差,喷流特性好;变质程度高的无烟煤,流动特性好,喷流特性差.镜质组体积分数为60%~70%时,流动特性指数较差;体积分数在83%~95%,由于影响因素较多,流动特性与镜质组没有相关性.丝质组与喷流特性正相关,与流动特性负相关.矿物质与煤粉流动性无相关性.
Carr powder flow index method was used to evaluate the flow characteristics and jet characteristics of blast furnace pulverized coal, and the effects of coal quality, such as coal composition and metamorphic degree, on the pulverized coal flowability were investigated. There is almost negative correlation between the flow characteristics and the jet flow characteristics.The degree of coal metamorphism has a significant effect on the pulverized coal flow characteristics and jet characteristics.The bituminous coal with a low degree of metamorphism has poor flow characteristics and good jet characteristics, anthracite with a high degree of metamorphism, The flow characteristics are poor and the jet characteristics are poor.The flow characteristics index is poor when the vitrinite volume fraction is between 60% and 70%, and the volume fraction is between 83% and 95% The silk group was positively correlated with the jet flow characteristics and negatively correlated with the flow characteristics, and there was no correlation between the mineral and pulverized coal flowability.
