目的:观察血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法:抽取2018年7月至2019年6月于徐州市中心医院就诊的78例ACS患者为研究对象。根据冠状动脉造影结果、病史及临床表现分为不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP组,25例)、急性心肌梗死组(AMI组,28例)和稳定型心绞痛组(SAP组,25例)。同时抽取健康体检者24例为对照组。采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测IL-6水平,采用自动生化分析仪检测hs-CRP、sST2水平。比较各组hs-CRP、sST2、IL-6表达水平。结果:AMI组、UAP组、SAP组血清hs-CRP、IL-6、sST2水平均高于对照组(n P均<0.05)。AMI组、UAP组hs-CRP、IL-6、sST2水平高于SAP组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。AMI组血清sST2、hs-CRP、IL-6水平高于UAP组(n P<0.05)。冠状动脉造影显示单质病变者21例,双支病变者30例,3支病变者27例。冠状动脉3支病变者hs-CRP、IL-6、sST2水平高于单支病变及双支病变者(n P<0.05)。n 结论:hs-CRP、sST2、IL-6水平在ACS发生及发展过程中发挥着重要作用,联合检测hs-CRP、sST2、IL-6水平可早期识别冠状动脉斑块,为ACS的临床诊断提供参考依据。“,”Objective:To observe the expression level and clinical significance of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), soluble growth stimulating expressed gene 2 protein (sST2), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods:Seventy-eight ACS patients treated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the results of coronary angiography, disease history, and clinical manifestations, the patients were divided into unstable angina pectoris group (UAP group, 25 cases), acute myocardial infarction group (AMI group, 28 cases), and stable angina pectoris group (SAP group, 25 cases). At the same time, 24 healthy people who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group. The level of IL-6 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of hs-CRP and sST2 were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The expression levels of hs-CRP, sST2, and IL-6 in each group were compared.Results:The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and sST2 in AMI group, UAP group, and SAP group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all n P<0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and sST2 in AMI group and UAP group were significantly higher than those in SAP group (n P<0.05). The levels of sST2, hs-CRP, and IL-6 in AMI group were significantly higher than those in UAP group (n P<0.05). Coronary angiography detected 21 cases of single vessel lesion, 30 cases of double vessel lesions, and 27 cases of three vessel lesions. The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and sST2 in patients with three vessel lesions were significantly higher than those in patients with single vessel lesion and double vessel lesions (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The levels of hs-CRP, sST2 and IL-6 play important roles in the occurrence and development of ACS. Combined detection of hs-CRP, sST2 and IL-6 levels can early identify coronary plaque and provide reference for clinical diagnosis of ACS.
