目的掌握邯郸市食品安全质量状况,确定监督监测重点,保障全市人民的饮食安全。方法查阅2013-2015年邯郸市食品抽样监测记录,利用卡方检验进行统计分析。结果根据各类食品的分析比较,合格率较高的有蒸馏酒(100.0%)、发酵酒(99.2%);合格率较低的有冷食(62.9%)、调味品(67.5%);合格率上升幅度较大的是冷食和食用油。2013年合格率为74.7%,2014年合格率为84.3%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.06,P<0.01)。2015年合格率为87.4%,与2014年相比,差异无统计学意义。县城合格率为76.6%,市区合格率为87.6%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=25.42,P<0.01)。结论邯郸市各类食品的总合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但合格率提高幅度不大,而且部分食品的合格率不稳定。
Objective To grasp the quality of food safety in Handan City, to determine the focus of supervision and monitoring, to ensure the safety of the people of the city’s diet. Methods The food sampling monitoring records of Handan City during 2013-2015 were consulted, and the data were analyzed by chi-square test. Results According to the analysis and comparison of various kinds of food, there were distilled liquor (100.0%) and fermented wine (99.2%) with high pass rate; cold food (62.9%) and condiment (67.5% Larger increase is cold food and cooking oil. The passing rate in 2013 was 74.7%, and the passing rate in 2014 was 84.3%. There was a significant difference between them (χ ~ 2 = 10.06, P <0.01). The passing rate in 2015 was 87.4%, which was not significantly different from that in 2014. The passing rate of county was 76.6%, and the passing rate of urban area was 87.6%. The difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 25.42, P <0.01). Conclusion The total qualified rate of all kinds of food in Handan showed a rising trend year by year, but the rate of increase in pass rate was not large, and the passing rate of some foods was not stable.
