地质行业是国家的基础产业,肩负着为国家经济社会发展提供矿产资源的重任,地质行业科技人才培养是关系到地质行业能否实现持续快速发展的关键。本文在全面分析河北省地质行业科技人才队伍现状和存在问题的基础上,构建了适宜本省特征的地质行业科技人才培养创新机制的“钻石模型”框架,提出了具体的地质科技人才培养创新机制,为地质行业实施科技人才培养规划及机制体制构建提供参考。
Geological industry is the country’s basic industry, shouldering the responsibility of providing mineral resources for the country’s economic and social development. The training of scientists and technicians in the geological field is the key to whether the geological industry can achieve sustained and rapid development. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the scientific and technological personnel in geology field in Hebei Province, this paper constructs a “Diamond Model ” framework that is suitable for the training of innovation mechanism of science and technology personnel in geology industry in the province, proposes a specific innovation of geological science and technology personnel training Mechanism for the geological industry implementation of scientific and technological personnel training planning and mechanism to provide reference.
