根据冶金矿山科学技术发展的需要和广大矿山测量科技工作者的迫切要求,经中国金属学会批准,冶金矿山测量学术组正式成立,于1981年3月11～12日在北京召开了第一次工作会议。学术组的全体成员出席了会议,采矿学术委员会副主任童光煦到会讲了话。还邀请有关单位的代表列席了会议。会上大家回顾了建国以来我国冶金矿山测量发展的概况,目前已发展成一支四千多名工程技术人员的队伍。他们在冶金矿山建设中起到了促进作
