午睡有益健康,但是,午睡多久最好呢?宾夕法尼亚大学近日刊登在《美国老年医学学会杂志》上的研究称:每天午睡1小时最好,这样能使大脑年轻5岁。研究小组招募了3000名65岁以上的中国参试者,通过问卷、测试了解他们的午睡习惯和记忆、认知能力。
Nap nap is good, but how long is the best nap? Penn University recently published in the “Journal of the American Geriatrics Society” study said: nap every day for 1 hour is best, so that the brain can be young 5 years old. The team recruited 3,000 Chinese participants over the age of 65 and passed the questionnaire to test their napping habit and memory and cognitive abilities.
