In order to ensure the production of an all-factoric plan, we follow the teachings of Chairman Mao and Chairman Mao, “The People Have Unlimited Creativity.” We organized the personnel of the relevant units to study the trial manufacture of transparent note-taking photographic plates since the end of 1974 .
