本文研究了利用强酸性阳离子交换剂从硫脲浸出液中回收金。众所周知,金—硫脲络合物容易吸附在阳离子交换剂上。离子交换剂完全再生的关键在于金的净化和洗脱,最常见的杂质是铜与铁,可分别用 HNO_3+H_2O_2或 NH_4NO_3来洗脱。金—硫脲络离子能极为牢固地滞留在离子交换剂上,且不被其它离子取代。因此,脱附是利用硫代硫酸根以配位基交换法引起的,从而产生了络合阴离子 AuS_2O_3~-。由于该离子交换剂对阳离子没有亲和性,AuS_2O_3~-会立刻离开交换柱。所以,pH 值保持在5~6.5的范围内对成功地洗脱较重要。硫代硫酸铵是理想的试剂。
This article studies the recovery of gold from thiourea leachate using a strongly acidic cation exchanger. It is well known that gold-thiourea complexes are readily adsorbed on cation exchangers. The key to complete regeneration of ion exchangers lies in the purification and elution of gold. The most common impurities are copper and iron, which can be eluted with HNO 3 + H 2 O 2 or NH 4 NO 3, respectively. The gold-thiourea complex ion stays very firmly on the ion exchanger without being replaced by other ions. Therefore, the desorption is the use of thiosulfate to ligand exchange caused, resulting in the complex anion AuS_2O_3 ~. Due to the ion exchange agent has no affinity for the cation, AuS_2O_3 ~ - will immediately leave the exchange column. Therefore, maintaining the pH value in the range of 5 to 6.5 is important for successful elution. Ammonium thiosulfate is the ideal reagent.
