在学习《幼儿园工作规程》时,我注意到,这一文件比起原来的试行稿又有两处重要的改动。一处是总则第五条幼儿园保育和教育的主要目标中增加了“自信”;另一处是试行稿第二十五条第二段“严禁虐待、体罚和变相体罚等损害幼儿身心健康的行为”被提到了总则第六条,并改为“尊重、爱护幼儿,严禁虐待、歧视、体罚和变相体罚、侮辱幼儿人格等损害幼儿身心健康的行为”。在培养目标中增加“自信”,在基本观念上明确提出尊重幼儿人格,这应当说是我国幼教法规在民主化、科学化、现代化方面的进步。
While studying Kindergarten Procedures, I noticed that there were two important changes in this document from the original draft.
