目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、外周血高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的表达水平及两者相关性。方法超声检查70例SLE女性患者(IMT≥1.0mm者12例为IMT阳性组;IMT<1.0mm者58例为IMT阴性组)及40例健康女性的颈动脉IMT,并用ELISA测定其血清hs-CRP水平,分析两者相关性。结果 (1)SLE组(包括IMT阳性组及IMT阴性组)hs-CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05),IMT阳性组hs-CRP水平高于IMT阴性组(P<0.05);(2)SLE组IMT与病程及hs-CRP水平呈正相关(分别为r=0.743,P<0.001及r=0.827,P<0.001);(3)根据ROC曲线,当hs-CRP在4.44mg/L时诊断指数最大(0.815),灵敏度和特异度分别为91.7%和89.8%。结论颈动脉IMT联合hs-CRP检测可作为SLE患者早期动脉粥样硬化的一项预测方法。
Objective To investigate the expression of carotid intima - media thickness (IMT) and peripheral blood high sensitivity C - reactive protein (hs - CRP) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their relationship. Methods Ultrasound examination of 70 cases of SLE female patients (IMT ≥ 1.0mm 12 IMT-positive group; IMT <1.0mm 58 IMT-negative group) and 40 healthy women carotid IMT, and measured by ELISA serum hs- CRP levels, analysis of the correlation between the two. Results (1) The hs-CRP level in SLE group (including IMT positive group and IMT negative group) was higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and hs-CRP in IMT positive group was higher than that in IMT negative group (P <0.05) ) There was a positive correlation between IMT and the duration of disease and the level of hs-CRP in SLE patients (r = 0.743, P <0.001 and r = 0.827, P <0.001, respectively); (3) According to the ROC curve, when hs-CRP was 4.44mg / L The diagnostic index was the highest (0.815), the sensitivity and specificity were 91.7% and 89.8% respectively. Conclusion Carotid IMT combined with hs-CRP can be used as a predictor of early atherosclerosis in SLE patients.
