本文测定了615近交小鼠肝癌腹水瘤Hca-F25/CL—A_2细胞经DMSO促分化前后胞液磷酸化酶a活性和Ca~(2+)浓度。结果发现,经DMSO诱导分化后,胞液磷酸化酶a活性明显升高,而胞液Ca~(2+)浓度则显著下降。结果提示,肿瘤细胞分化前后,激活磷酸化酶a的磷酸化酶b激酶对Ca~(2+)的敏感性不同,使磷酸化酶a活性不能与胞液Ca~(2=)浓度同时升降。
In this study, we measured the cytosolic phosphorylase a activity and Ca~(2+) concentration of Hca-F25/CL-A2 cells in mice with 615 inbred hepatocellular carcinoma. The results showed that after DMSO-induced differentiation, the cytosolic phosphorylase a activity was significantly increased, while the cytosolic Ca 2+ concentration was significantly decreased. The results suggest that before and after differentiation of tumor cells, the phosphorylase b kinase that activates phosphorylase a has different sensitivity to Ca~(2+), so that the activity of phosphorylase a cannot be raised and lowered simultaneously with the cytosolic Ca~(2=) concentration. .
