脑缺血后,自由基及脂质过氧代物的形成在组织损伤、神经细胞坏死中可能具有重要作用。作者前瞻性并对照研究了内源性抗氧化剂维生素 A、E 对急性缺血性中风是否具有保护作用。病例选择:标本按(1)突发性局灶神经功能缺失时间超过3h;(2)符合大脑中动脉缺血;(3)检测于24h 以内完成,脑 CT 则于缺血性中风入院时及4~6天后进行。研究组共计80例(女43,男37),年龄45~92岁,平均72.9岁。神经缺失程度使用 Mathew量表记分,对完全性卒中患者分别于第5、12、21天复测。残废程度用 Barthel 指数记分,对照组80例,系其它各种神经疾病患者,年龄、性别相匹配,患者
After cerebral ischemia, the formation of free radical and lipid peroxide may play an important role in tissue injury and neuronal cell necrosis. The prospective and controlled study of endogenous antioxidants vitamins A, E have a protective effect on acute ischemic stroke. Case selection: (1) sudden focal neurological deficit for more than 3h; (2) meet the middle cerebral artery ischemia; (3) detection within 24h to complete the brain CT is in ischemic stroke admission and 4 to 6 days later.
