对于不等距重复观测数据，本文讨论了建立正交多项式回归模型进行组间比较的统计方法，并用自编软件ＲＭＤＡ得以实现．医学实例分析结果表明，本文提出的方法简单实用．
For non-equidistant observation data, this paper discusses the establishment of orthogonal polynomial regression model for statistical comparison between groups, and use self-compiled software RMDA to achieve. The result of medical case analysis shows that the method proposed in this paper is simple and practical.
