为从形态学上评估咽鼓管腔在开闭相时最狭窄的部位,用计算机辅助三维重建术研究13名年龄从3个月到81岁的正常人颞骨标本。根据咽鼓管腔运动的鼻内镜观察,我们假设咽鼓管开放相时咽鼓管腔最细位置就在其横断面最小部位;闭合相时咽鼓管腔最狭窄处与管腔最细的位置不在同一部位。
To evaluate the morphology of eustachian tube in the opening and closing of the most narrow parts of the site, using computer-aided three-dimensional reconstruction of 13 patients aged from 3 months to 81-year-old normal temporal bone specimens. According to the eustachian tube endoscopic nasal cavity movement, we assume that when the eustachian tube open phase when the finest position of the eustachian tube in its smallest cross-section of the site; closed phase when the eustachian tube narrowest and lumen the narrowest The location is not the same location.
