绩效考核是煤炭企业人力资源管理中的关键部分,笔者从绩效考核的理论来源入手,对绩效考核的作用意义进行了探讨,并提出了如何进行有效提高绩效考核的具体办法,以期提高煤炭企业在人力资管理中的水平。伴随着市场经济快速发展,煤炭企业之间的竞争也受到市场的巨大冲击。人才之间的竞争,成为当前煤炭企业竞争的关键。因煤炭企业在长期的发展中积聚了不少问题,导致对人才的培养和激励出现了一些障碍。采用绩效考核制度,可以有效激励煤炭企业中素质的提高,因此绩效考核也成为人力资源管理中的关键关节。
Performance appraisal is a key part of human resource management in coal enterprises. The author starts with the theoretical sources of performance appraisal, discusses the significance of performance appraisal, and puts forward some concrete measures to improve appraisal of performance effectively in order to improve the efficiency of coal enterprises in Human resources management level. With the rapid development of market economy, the competition among coal enterprises has also been greatly affected by the market. The competition among talents has become the key to the current coal enterprises’ competition. Due to many problems accumulated by the coal enterprises in the long-term development, some obstacles have appeared to the training and motivation of talents. The adoption of performance appraisal system can effectively stimulate the improvement of the quality of coal enterprises, performance appraisal has become the key link in human resources management.
