目的 明确丹参对于消化器官吻合口修复作用的环节和机理。方法 40只实验家兔建立小肠吻合口模型 ,随机分为丹参组和对照组。HE、Masson染色 ,组织病理学观察 ,统计学处理。结果 丹参组吻合口局部的炎症反应以淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润为主 ;肠粘膜上皮细胞再生完全并提前出现 ;平滑肌细胞再生亦较对照组为优。结论 丹参在消化器官吻合口修复的过程中具有促进正常组织细胞再生的积极作用。
Objective To clarify the link and mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza for anastomotic repair of digestive organs. Methods A total of 40 experimental rabbits were used to establish the small intestine anastomotic model and randomly divided into Salvia miltiorrhiza group and control group. HE, Masson staining, histopathological observation, statistical processing. Results The inflammatory reaction in the salvia miltiorrhiza group was mainly infiltrated by lymphocytes and macrophages. The regeneration of intestinal epithelial cells was complete and appeared in advance. The regeneration of smooth muscle cells was also superior to the control group. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza can promote the regeneration of normal tissue cells in the process of anastomosis repair of digestive organs.
