用咽鼓管音响仪检查健康青年、老年人和中耳炎患者的咽鼓管开放功能。对咽鼓管(ET)开放的波峰的形状、振幅和开放时程的分布规律进行分析,初步提出开放时程在0.20～0.36s间的大型正波为最佳波峰,讨论了ET开放时程延长的病因和病理学意义。
Eustachian tube audiometer was used to examine the eustachian tube opening function in healthy young people, the elderly and patients with otitis media. The shape, amplitude and open time distribution of wave crest of Eustachian tube (ET) were analyzed. The large positive wave with open time range of 0.20 ~ 0.36s was the optimal wave peak.
