为提高卡尺研磨的质量和效率,减轻劳动强度,克服人力少、任务重的矛盾,我厂计量室的同志们,自行设计、制造成功了一台游标卡尺半自动研磨机(附图)。 [结构及其原理] 整个机构由电动机带动蜗杆、蜗轮,通过偏心套和调整螺栓,使拖板及丁字板作往复直线运动。利用推力板上带有微量偏心的孔,使研磨块在一次往复后同时转动一个小角度,以免研磨块的局部磨损,从而达到手工研磨的动作要求。
