母囊生发层表面形成许多带状突起,遍布微孔,散在分布有较多球形或类球形囊泡及微凹,有少量细丝样物覆盖;角质层结构则较均一规则。子囊内表面见许多纵行或横行细丝覆盖,间有长带状质膜隆起及大量球形或类球形囊泡附着;外表面可见三种不同的形态:(1)较光滑,散在分布细长条状隆起;(2)呈细带状突起,较规则而不平滑;(3)尚平滑,有较多结节状微突。育囊内表面结构与母囊生发层表面相似,仅突起的宽度和高度小于母囊,未见囊泡等;而其外表面微细结构与母囊和子囊有所不同;另可见个别原头节在育囊内呈外突生长。
