采用热模锻成形柴油机气门桥可以使其内部组织细密,碳化物和流线分布合理,改善工作性能。为了提高生产效率,采用1模2件的生产方式,切边后辅以机加孔得到工件。建立零件模型,数值模拟了成形过程,分析了气门桥成形的充填效果、温度场、成形载荷,对成形工艺方案的优化及最终确定有重要指导意义。
The use of hot die forging Diesel valve bridge can make its internal organization of fine, carbide and streamline distribution is reasonable and improve work performance.
