一概况某钢厂由西德Coles公司进口的L3000型110吨汽车吊,在使用4712小时后发生吊臂张紧钢绳锁结断裂。事故致一人伤亡,造成了重大损失。二检验 1 宏观分析:锁结的断口形貌较粗糙,有颗粒状特征。靠锁结结孔处部分断口颜色较暗,无金属光泽,且有外界沾污物,见图1箭头所指处。用低倍放大镜可观察到断口上有较多的二次裂纹。裂源位于锁结内圈表面,裂纹由内向外扩展。 2 渗透着色探伤检验:用SM-3R型溶齐《去除着色探伤剂对锁结孔内表面进行探伤,发现表面有许多微裂纹和疏松存在,见图2。 3 化学成份分析:从化学成份分析可知,其锁结材料为Al-Cu合金,相当于国内牌号Zl203。

The crack source is located on the surface of the lock inner ring, and the crack expands from the inside to the outside. 2 penetration coloring test: SM-3R-type solvent Qi "to remove the color detector flaw on the inner surface of the lock hole and found that there are many micro-cracks and loose surface presence, shown in Figure 2. 3 Chemical Composition Analysis: Chemical composition analysis shows that the locking material for the Al-Cu alloy, equivalent to the domestic grade Zl203.
