以硬叶空凤(Tillandsia stricta‘Hard leaf’)与贝可丽空凤(Tillandsia brachycaulos‘Multiflora’)为试材,研究了温度逆境处理对空气凤梨形态变化及可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白质含量等生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:2种空气凤梨对低温和高温均有一定的耐受性,但在-5℃低温和45℃高温条件下,2种空气凤梨失绿、萎蔫,说明这2个温度已达到或超过空气凤梨生长的临界温度。但是,不论在低温或高温环境下,2种空气凤梨体内可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量等产生相似变化,暗示它们对2种相对立的胁迫环境(低温与高温)具有相似的抗性机制,即交叉适应。
Tillandsia stricta’Hard leaf ’and Tillandsia brachycaulos’Multiflora’ were used to study the effects of temperature stress on the morphological changes, soluble sugar content, proline content, The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde (MDA) content, soluble protein content and other physiological and biochemical indexes.
