利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,采用α→γ逆相变细化奥氏体晶粒的方法,研究了热处理工艺对晶粒细化的影响机制。结果表明:对于非平衡态组织马氏体,在其再加热过程中,原奥氏体晶粒发生了逆相变再结晶,得到了等轴细化的奥氏体晶粒;随回火时间的延长,再加热淬火后的原奥氏体晶粒逐渐粗化;随再加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长,晶粒细化效果减弱。
Using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation test machine, the austenite grains were refined by α → γ reverse phase transformation, and the effects of heat treatment on the grain refinement were studied. The results show that for the non-equilibrium martensite, the original austenite grains undergo reverse phase recrystallization during the reheating process, and the austenite grains with the same axis refinement are obtained. With the tempering time Of the original austenite grain size, and then the austenite grain size after reheating is gradually roughened. With the increase of the reheating temperature and the holding time, the effect of grain refinement is weakened.
