研究亚胺培南 /西司他丁 (IPM/CS)对肺炎大鼠的免疫调节作用。采用气管内注入感染法建立肺炎克雷伯氏菌肺炎模型 ,按临床治疗剂量折算出大鼠等效剂量 ,连续 7d腹腔注射 IPM/CS及阿米卡星(AMK) ,活体取材测定免疫指标。结果显示 IPM/CS使 T淋巴细胞 CD+ 3亚群及 CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值升高 ,增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,对巨噬细胞 ADCC活性及 ACP活性和中性粒细胞化学发光无明显影响 ;AMK则使 CD+ 3亚群及 CD+ 4 /CD+ 8降低 ,还降低巨噬细胞 ADCC活性和吞噬功能。提示 IPM/CS和 AMK分别促进和抑制了肺炎大鼠 T淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞功能。
To study the immunomodulatory effects of imipenem / cilastatin (IPM / CS) on pneumonia in rats. The model of Klebsiella Pneumoniae pneumonia was established by intratracheal instillation infection. The equivalent dose of rat was calculated according to the clinical therapeutic dose. IPM / CS and amikacin (AMK) were injected intraperitoneally for 7 days. The results showed that IPM / CS increased the ratio of CD + 3 subsets and CD + 4 / CD + 8 of T lymphocytes, enhanced the phagocytosis of macrophages and had no significant effect on ADCC activity, ACP activity and neutrophil chemiluminescence of macrophages. AMK decreased CD + 3 subpopulation and CD + 4 / CD + 8, and also decreased macrophage ADCC activity and phagocytosis. These results suggest that IPM / CS and AMK respectively promote and inhibit the function of T lymphocytes and macrophages in pneumonia rats.
