在30侧上肢标本上,解剖观测了肱骨远1/3段外侧半的血管。肱深动脉在挠神经沟近端分为中副动脉和桡侧副动脉,后者发掌侧支随桡神经行向前下,发背侧支出桡神经沟,沿外上髁嵴下行,沿途分支分布于邻近区域的骨和肌肉,未端于外上髁表面与桡侧返动脉吻合。根据解剖结果,设计了带肱深血管蒂肱骨(膜)瓣移位修复肱骨不连接或骨缺损。
In 30 upper limb specimens, anatomical observation of the distal half of the distal humerus half of the blood vessels. The deep brachial artery is divided into the secondary accessory artery and the radial accessory artery in the proximal part of the nerve root of the flexor. The latter is connected to the radial nerve by the dorsal metacarpophalangeal line. The dorsal radial nerve channel is dorsomed to the dorsal superior epicondylium. Branches distributed in the adjacent areas of the bones and muscles, not the end of the lateral epicondyle and the radial artery at the anastomosis. According to the results of anatomy, humerus (membrane) flap with humeral vessel pedicle was designed to repair humeral nonunion or bone defect.
