目的通过改良肝脏标本的固定方法和铸型剂的选择两个方面,制作肝脏的铸型标本显示Glission系统。方法将新鲜的人肝脏标本取下用5%枸橼酸钠生理盐水灌注冲洗标本,再用70%的酒精固定标本,然后用改良的铸型剂对肝脏管道进行灌注,最后将标本在NaOH液中腐蚀,即可得到肝脏内部的管道铸型标本。结果经过处理,标本完美显示了肝脏内部Glission系统。结论用酒精固定可以减少标本腐蚀的时间,而且对标本管道完整性的保护较好,利用改良的铸型剂可以增强管道末端的柔韧性,避免终末管道铸型剂的折断,从而更好的显示管道走行。
