癫痫是一种神经系统常见病。头痛型癫痫为异型癫痫之一种。本病以剧烈头痛发作为特征,伴有植物神经机能失调等症状,脑电图出现癫病波型,用抗癫痫药物治疗有效。现将我院1978年11月至1980年3月共检查80例发作性头痛患者,经临床及脑电图检查确诊为头痛型癫痫的30例分析如下。一、临床资料: 30例中,男20例,女10例。发病年龄10～53岁。10～20岁5例,21～30岁10例,31～40岁10例,41～50岁4例,51岁以上1例。20～40岁最为多见。临床表现以发作性剧烈头痛为
