一、存在问题目前普通车床床头箱Ⅰ轴正、反转齿轮空转的轴承,大多采用滑动轴承结构。以C620普通车床为例(如图1所示),虽然这种结构具有结构简单、装拆方便等优点,但也存在一些缺点。 (1)在装配时,由于Ⅰ轴与滑动轴承1、2之间为过盈配合,因而会使滑动轴承外径变形,造成齿轮啮合中的偏摆。 (2)当正、反转齿轮空转时,如果产生了轴向力,则齿轮1的两端分别与垫1及垫2,齿轮2的两端分别与滑动轴承2的端面及垫3发生端面摩擦,增加了摩擦阻力。 (3)经过一段时间的使用,齿轮内径与滑动轴承
