对燃用有铅汽油发动机感应硬化气门口耐久性评价

针对引进美国GM2.0~2.2L汽油机燃用有铅汽油存在的气门口下陷问题.借助扫描电镜、能谱分析技术,对感应硬化气门口台架试验样品进行了研究分析。发现石墨相作为铅腐蚀通道导致与气门接触带部位表面的开裂、剥落、气门口严重下陷,得出燃用有铅汽油发动机不宜采用感应硬化气门口的结论。 In view of the introduction of the United States GM2.0 ~ 2.2L gasoline engine with lead gas subsidence valve problems exist. With the aid of scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis technology, the test samples of induction hardened valve mouth bench were studied and analyzed. It was found that the graphite phase as the lead corroded passage caused the cracking and spalling on the surface of the contact zone with the valve, and the serious sag of the valve. The conclusion was drawn that the lead-free gasoline engine should not adopt the induction hardening valve.
