作者共收治84例慢性荨麻疹患者(以下简称 CU)。其中64例,用粉尘螨浸液脱敏注射治疗,效果满意。现报道如下。临床资料84例曾经都采用扑尔敏等抗组织胺口服或注射治疗3个月。治疗组64例,年龄最小7岁,最大58岁,平均年龄32岁;病程最短4个月,最长30年。其中3例伴有其他系统变态反应疾病(支气管哮喘、过敏性鼻炎)。对照组20例,平均年龄31岁(10～52岁)。病程4个月至29年。
The authors treated a total of 84 patients with chronic urticaria (hereinafter referred to as CU). Among them, 64 cases were treated with desensitization injection of dust mite dipping, the results were satisfactory. Report as follows now. 84 cases of clinical data have used chlorpheniramine and other antihistamines oral or injection therapy for 3 months. The treatment group of 64 cases, the youngest 7 years old, maximum 58 years old, average age 32 years; duration of shortest 4 months, up to 30 years. Three of them were associated with other systemic allergic diseases (bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis). Control group of 20 patients, the average age of 31 years (10 to 52 years old). Duration of 4 months to 29 years.
