1993年前三个季度,国家共监督抽查了5889个企业生产的7227种国内销售的产品,其中合格的有4995种。抽样合格率为69.1%。同前期比较,1992年,国家监督抽查了6845个企业生产的9007种产品,抽样合格率为70.1%;1991年,国家监督抽查了2845个企业的3902种产品,抽样合格率为80%。从抽样合格率来看,我国总体的产品质量有所下降。另外,根据全国27个省、自治区、直辖市消费者协会材料统计,1993年上半年共受理消费者投诉135267起,其中质量问题占投诉总量的69.6%。1993年第三季度共受理消费投诉75609起,比第二季度上升19个百分点,质量问题仍居首位,占投诉总量的70%。质量问题是消费者投诉的热点,而且质量投诉还有增多之势。这表明,投放到市场的产品还
In the first three quarters of 1993, the state supervised a total of 7,227 kinds of domestic sales of products produced by 5,889 enterprises, of which 4,995 were qualified. The sampling pass rate is 69.1%. Compared with the previous period, in 1992, the state supervised and sampled 9,007 products produced by 6,845 enterprises, and the sampling pass rate was 70.1%; in 1991, the state supervised and spot-checked 3,902 products of 2,845 enterprises, and the sampling pass rate was 80%.
