田庄煤矿是临沂矿业集团有限责任公司的主力矿井之一,随着集团公司内部改革的不断深化,田庄煤矿以创新管理为手段,通过推行全面预算管理,逐步由粗到细、由点到面,建立起了一套以责任会计为特征、责任会计体系与财务会计核算体系并行的双轨制煤炭企业全面预算管理模式,取得了良好的效益。2009年,煤矿大型材料和专用工具的平均消耗水平比上年度下降2.25元/吨,可控非生产性费用同比下降15%,直接经济效益达438.41万元。
