《水工建筑物抗震设计规范》(DL5073-1997)(以下简称《新规范》)是在原水利电力部于1978年发布试行的《水工建筑物抗震设计规范》(SDJ10-78)(以下简称《旧规范》)基础上修订而成的。作为电力行业强制性标准的《新规范》于1997年10月1日起施行,《旧规范》同时废止。《新规范》由中国水利水电科学研究院主编,参编单位有:电力工业部昆明勘测设计研究院、电力工业部西北勘测设计研究院、上海市水利工程设计研究院、大连理工大学和河海大学。
The Code for Seismic Design of Hydraulic Structures (DL5073-1997) (hereinafter referred to as the “New Code”) was promulgated in 1978 by the former Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power for trial implementation of the Code for Seismic Design of Hydraulic Structures (SDJ10-78) “Old norms”) based on the revised. The “new standard”, which is a compulsory standard in the power industry, came into force on October 1, 1997 and the “old code” was abolished at the same time. The “New Code” is edited by China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Research Institute. The units participating are: Kunming Survey and Design Institute of Ministry of Power Industry, Northwest Survey and Design Institute of Ministry of Power Industry, Shanghai Water Conservancy Project Design and Research Institute, Dalian University of Technology and Hehai the University.
