经济起飞须有充分积累和高额投资。本文探讨了当前积累与投资运行机制日益市场化的特点，分析了金融机制对积累与投资的宏观调控作用。在此基础上，对我国改革开放以来的积累率作了综合分析和国际比较分析，提出我国积累率是否适度的见解和关于积累与投资的宏观调控着重点的见解。同时，根据经济波动的正负效应，认为波动、风险与胜机并存，要增强胆略，及时抓住发展机遇，发挥潜力，奋勇前进。
Economic take-off must have full accumulation and high investment. This article explores the characteristics of the increasingly market-oriented accumulation and investment operation mechanism and analyzes the macro-control role of financial institutions in accumulation and investment. On this basis, we make a comprehensive analysis and an international comparative analysis of the accumulation rate of our country since the reform and opening up and put forward the opinion on whether the accumulation rate of our country is moderate or not and the key points on the macro regulation and control of accumulation and investment. At the same time, according to the positive and negative effects of economic fluctuations, we believe that volatility and risk coexist with the winning victories. We should step up our courage, grasp the opportunities for development in a timely manner, develop our potential and strive for progress.
