为改进现有沥青混合料断裂试验方法的适用性、准确性,汇总分析了现有常用3种沥青混合料Ⅰ型断裂试验方法,即半圆弯拉试验、单边开口梁断裂试验和圆盘断裂拉伸试验,对比3种试验方法的适用范围、试验条件、试验结果。此外,还对控制模式、加载速率、试验温度、初始裂缝模态等因素进行分析,提出应采用裂缝开口位移(CMOD)控制模式和二次切割的初始裂缝模态,改进现有沥青混合料Ⅰ型断裂试验。
In order to improve the applicability and accuracy of the existing asphalt mixture fracture test method, the commonly used three types of asphalt mixture Ⅰ type fracture test methods are summarized, namely semi-circular bending test, unilateral open-ended beam fracture test and disk fracture Tensile test, comparing the scope of application of three kinds of test methods, test conditions, test results. In addition, factors such as control mode, loading rate, test temperature and initial crack mode are also analyzed. It is suggested that CMOD control mode and initial crack mode of secondary cutting should be adopted to improve the existing asphalt mixture Ⅰ Fracture test.
