国外在分离朝鲜出血热病原方面已获得成功,并提出应用感染黑线姬鼠的肺切片或病毒感染的A_(549)细胞为抗原,均能用间接免疫荧光试验法(IFA)检测朝鲜出血热病原体的抗体。今年我国出血热病原分离亦获得成功。我们使用我国分离所获得的毒株感染黑线姬鼠,以受感染的黑线姬鼠肺组织冰冻切片为抗原,用间接免疫荧光技术对我省疫区出血热防治人员进行血清中特异性抗体的测定,证实在部分出血热防治人员的血清中含有低滴度的出血热特异性抗体,提示存在隐性感染的可能。现将这次调查结果报告如下:
