目的探讨医院集中治疗学龄前儿童弱视的疗效。方法从2006～2007年在我院进行集中弱视训练1个月的患儿资料中,选取4～6岁屈光不正性弱视患儿117例,211眼,进行回顾性分析。本组资料病例均经过屈光不正矫正、红光闪烁、光刷或视觉刺激(CAM)等弱视综合治疗。结果治疗1个月总有效率92.89%,基本痊愈率21.8%,进步率71.09%,无效7.11%,其中轻、中度弱视治疗效果优于重度弱视(P<0.01)。结论医院集中综合治疗弱视能改善治疗依从性,提高注意力,从而取得较满意的疗效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of intensive treatment of amblyopia in preschool children in hospitals. Methods From 2006 to 2007 in our hospital focus on amblyopia training for 1 month in children with data, select 4 to 6 years old children with refractive amblyopia 117 cases, 211 eyes, for retrospective analysis. This group of data cases were corrected refractive errors, flashing red, light brush or visual stimulation (CAM) and other amblyopia comprehensive treatment. Results The total effective rate of one month was 92.89%, the basic recovery rate was 21.8%, the improvement rate was 71.09%, and the ineffective rate was 7.11%. The treatment effect of mild and moderate amblyopia was better than that of severe amblyopia (P <0.01). Conclusions The hospital comprehensive treatment of amblyopia can improve treatment adherence, improve attention and achieve more satisfactory curative effect.
