积极探索和尝试新颖的教学组织形式已经成为当下新课程发展的必然趋势,为使学生能够全面、和谐、自主、有个性地发展,笔者所在学校大胆尝试了走班式特色课程教学,为学生的特色发展提供了良好的学习平台。并在陶艺琉璃课程走班式教学中注重该课程的教学内容的“四性”及教学方式的“三培养”。实践证明,陶艺琉璃课程走班式教学的实施有其自身的优势:促进学生的个性发展;使教师向“双师型”转型;加快学校特色进程。
